A range of event and meeting options are available across four different and dedicated rooms.

The Flinders, Leichhardt and Oxley rooms can each accommodate between 50 and 100 people depending on the set up style. These rooms can also be opened up to create the Pioneer Ballroom, able to seat up to 200 people banquet style and up to 250 people theatre style.

A pre function area and break out terrace provide the ability to host diverse styles of events and meetings all in the one central area.

Audio Visual and presentation quality is paramount when it comes to executing an event, so Mackay Grande Suites has complimented these rooms with high quality equipment and connections to ensure every event is special. Additional specific equipment and themeing can be arranged as well.



For smaller, more private meetings, the Boardroom on the ground floor is the perfect environment to gather and discuss the issues. It doubles as the hotel’s business centre also, servicing in house guests and delegates.
